Recommended Dosage for OSN Active Guard

As OSN Active Guard is entirely natural, a higher dosage initially is recommended. Think of it like this: if an area is overrun with troublemakers, sending just 1-2 policemen won't be enough. You need a stronger presence initially, and once the situation is under control, a smaller force can maintain order.

- For severe issues, such as chronic illness, we recommend consuming 30 soft gels per day on an empty stomach for 2 months. This dosage can be spread throughout the day, taking 10 soft gels in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, and 10 in the evening. Some patients choose to maintain this dosage for an additional 2 months to ensure the illness clears from their system. 

- If you have medium to severe symptoms such as bloating, gastric, constipation, high cholesterol, eczema, or psoriasis, we recommend starting with a higher dosage of 6-8 soft gels per day during the initial phase (6 boxes, 1.5 - 2 months). This helps increase the availability of friendly bacteria in your gut. Once your health stabilizes, you can adjust your dosage to 4 soft gels per day. 

- For relatively mild symptoms, you can start with a higher dosage of 6 soft gels per day during the first box (10 days) and observe your condition. If improvement is noted, you may then maintain a dosage of 4 soft gels per day.

- For general health maintenance or to improve stamina, we recommend consuming 3-4 soft gels per day.

Can OSN Active Guard be taken with medication?
If you are on antibiotics, we suggest increasing the dosage to 6 to 10 capsules daily until 2 weeks after your antibiotics course. Do not take OSN Active Guard within 3 hours of taking antibiotics as this reduces the efficacy of the product. If you are on other medications, we suggest you take OSN Active Guard at a different time of the day.
