Q. How do I place my order on the website?
- Click the “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to view other products or click “Checkout” to proceed with your payment.
- On the "Login" page, you'll need to log in to your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you'll need to register an account before you can proceed with your payment.
- Confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page, then click the "Next" button
- Select your preferred shipping method, then click the “Next” button.
- Select your preferred payment method, then click the “Next” button.
- After completing the above steps, reconfirm your billing details and agree on the Terms & Conditions.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete your order.

Q. How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery usually take about 2 to 3 business days for Malaysia. For Singapore and international deliveries, it may take up to 7 working days or more to be delivered.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, but only orders that are in Pending Status can be cancelled. Orders that are still shipping or has already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, send an email to our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the order cancellation.
Q. My order has an error. Can I get it replaced or refunded?
