All returned goods/products should include the receipt and must be in good condition. The packaging should be in its original shipping container as received. No refund will be issued if the goods/products have already been used or damaged by the customer. OSN Network Sdn. Bhd will not be responsible if the shipment is lost during the return transit. Once the goods/products are checked and confirmed, the customer shall receive their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
